Yes. Chicken breast is naturally low in fat and sodium while being high in protein. Air frying seals in juices and browns the exterior without needing much added fat, making it a healthy cooking method.

How to Air Fry Chicken Breast
- Use an air fryer that fits the size of the breasts so they sit in a single layer without touching.
- Do not spray the air fryer basket with aerosol cooking spray; it can damage the nonstick coating.
- Use your preferred chicken seasoning or a simple blend of salt and pepper.
- Check doneness with a digital thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Serve immediately, or cool, slice, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.

Air Fryer Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 2 6 oz chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp grill seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Start Cooking
Instructions

Lightly coat both sides of the chicken breasts with vegetable oil.

Sprinkle both sides of each chicken breast with grill seasoning and salt.

Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.

Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.

Flip the breasts and continue cooking 5–6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
