Disney’s Wilderness Lodge consists of two main villa sections: Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins. Both sections offer Deluxe Studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom villas, while 3-bedroom Grand Villas are exclusive to Copper Creek.
There are a few notable differences between the two villa areas. Copper Creek is newer and feels more modern, with a slightly different design and a stronger “base camp” theme. The 1-Bedroom Villas at Copper Creek have a larger bathroom area and the option for lake views—features not available in the Boulder Ridge 1-Bedroom units.

Copper Creek Villas and Cabins share resort amenities—pools, dining, and recreation—with the rest of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge community, including Boulder Ridge. The property offers a variety of accommodation styles to suit different needs.
The accommodation types include:

- Cabins and Villas with a full kitchen, private bedrooms, and a washer and dryer
Cabins and villas are designed to maximize convenience and comfort during your stay:
- Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare meals and snacks in your own space for flexibility and savings.
- Separate bedrooms: 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom villas provide privacy and room to relax after a busy day at the parks.
- Washer and dryer: Pack lighter and refresh clothes whenever needed.
Cabins add a double-sided fireplace, a porch with a built-in hot tub, and scenic views over Bay Lake. Three-bedroom Grand Villas can include a private porch or balcony.

The Room Review:
Entering the villa, you step into a foyer that contains a closet and the laundry area. The entry includes practical storage and a tidy coat and shoe area—useful touches for families and longer stays.
The inclusion of a laundry area in the villa is a major convenience, allowing guests to pack lighter and manage clothing during multi-day visits.
The Master Bedroom at Copper Creek:
The master bedroom includes a king bed, access to the balcony, a large smart TV, and ample storage with a dresser and armoire. Hardwood floors and understated decor lend a contemporary feel that distinguishes Copper Creek from the more rustic Boulder Ridge style.
The master looks over the woodlands. While slightly smaller than some other villa master bedrooms, it remains comfortable and well-appointed.
The Bathroom in the 1 Bedroom Villa:
The main bathroom connects to the master bedroom in a suite-style layout. It features a whirlpool tub with decorative glazed glass that provides privacy, and a large vanity area. A separate compartment contains the toilet, sink and a walk-in shower, offering functional separation for multiple guests.
The Kitchen and Living Room of the Copper Creek Villa:
The kitchen runs along one side of the main living area and offers abundant cabinet space plus a small pantry. Appliances and layout support full-meal preparation during your stay; the refrigerator sits opposite the main counter area.
The dining area features a table that seats about six with a bench and chairs. The living room includes an entertainment cabinet with storage, a large television, and access to the balcony. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper for additional sleeping space, with extra linens stored near the laundry or in closets.
The Balcony at the Villa:
The balcony is narrow but functional, offering seating for enjoying morning coffee or an evening beverage while taking in resort views. In multi-bedroom villas the balcony often connects the master bedroom and living room, and on larger units may also connect to the second bedroom.
