Garlic Bread Pizza is my new favorite recipe — and it’s so simple. I never realized pizza could be this flavorful.

All you need is a package of frozen garlic bread, pizza sauce, pepperoni if you like it, and shredded mozzarella or an Italian cheese blend.
I first spotted this idea in a Paula Deen magazine and thought it was brilliant — why hadn’t I tried it before?

There are many French bread pizza recipes that start with a fresh loaf, add garlic-butter, and then top with pizza toppings. Using frozen garlic bread is even easier and gives the same buttery, garlicky base with minimal effort.
Place frozen garlic bread pieces on a baking sheet, buttered side up. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each piece, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella or a 4-blend Italian cheese, and add pepperoni slices if desired. Bake until the garlic bread is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
This is a quick, kid-friendly recipe that’s perfect for teaching older kids how to cook a simple meal.
