If you love marshmallows, you’ll adore these air fryer s’mores. They’re a favorite sweet treat at home and come together in under 10 minutes — gooey, crispy and sinfully addictive.
This simple method roasts marshmallows perfectly without a campfire or grill. With only three main ingredients, these s’mores are easy to make again and again.

Ingredients to Make Air fryer S’mores:
- Marshmallows: I used small vanilla marshmallows. If you use regular-size marshmallows, cut them in half and press them down slightly before placing on the cracker.
- Crackers: Honey Graham crackers are what I used, but any graham-style or plain crackers will work. You can even use savory crackers for a different twist.
- Chocolate: Any plain chocolate bar (Hershey’s, Cadbury, dark chocolate, etc.) works. Use about 2–3 squares per s’more or a few shavings if you prefer a lighter chocolate hit.

Tips for Perfect Air fryer S’mores
- Choose any cracker you like — sweet or savory both work. Cut crackers to bite size if needed.
- Dark chocolate or plain milk chocolate are great options. Use shavings if you want a milder chocolate flavor so the marshmallow and cracker shine.
- Any marshmallow flavor is fine, including vegan varieties.
- Marshmallows can slide off during air frying. If that happens, carefully nudge them back with a spatula or spoon.
- Air fryer models vary. I needed about 4 minutes at 390°F (200°C) for the marshmallows to become large, golden and oozy. Start checking at 3 minutes and adjust to your preferred level of roast.
- To assemble, place a roasted marshmallow on one cracker, add chocolate or candy, then top with another cracker and press gently to form a warm sandwich. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Step-by-step
1. Prepare crackers: If using full-size graham crackers, break or cut them to desired size. Bite-sized crackers work best for quick, even toasting.
2. Marshmallows: Break large marshmallows in half and press slightly to flatten, then press each piece onto a cracker.

Air frying Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 4 minutes. Arrange the crackers with marshmallows on top in the basket, leaving a bit of space between them.

Air fry for roughly 4–7 minutes or until the marshmallows have puffed and browned to your liking. Times vary by air fryer size and power, so check after 3 minutes.
Carefully remove each cracker with the toasted marshmallow. If a marshmallow slid off, gently lift it back onto the cracker with a spatula.

To assemble:
- Place a roasted marshmallow on one cracker.
- Add chocolate squares, shavings or candy on top of the warm marshmallow.
- Top with another roasted cracker and press gently to create a melty sandwich.
- Serve hot — the contrast of warm marshmallow and melted chocolate with crisp cracker is irresistible.

Storage
These are best served immediately while hot and gooey. They don’t store well because the marshmallow and chocolate change texture as they cool.
Enjoy your s’mores!
