Do you often set ambitious New Year’s resolutions that fizzle out? You’re not alone. Instead of grand promises, try adding small, manageable habits to your daily routine. One simple, effective goal is to include one or two extra servings of fruit or vegetables each day. A delicious way to start is with SweeTango® apples.

Kick off healthier eating on New Year’s Eve with a simple, tasty appetizer: Apple and Goat Cheese Crostini. Adding more fruits and vegetables to your meals is an easy way to improve overall health, and these crostinis make that habit feel indulgent rather than like a chore.
How To Make Apple and Goat Cheese Crostini
Tangy goat cheese, fragrant thyme, bright lemon zest, and crisp SweeTango® apples combine to make a memorable appetizer. These crunchy, flavorful crostinis are perfect finger food for a New Year’s Eve gathering—and pair beautifully with champagne.

Although the name sounds fancy, these crostinis are quick to assemble. Toast baguette slices, spread a creamy goat cheese mixture, top with thin apple slices, and finish with a drizzle of honey and lemon. Serve on a platter or plate individually for an easy, elegant appetizer that smells as good as it tastes.
Hosting a small family celebration at home? These crostinis are family-friendly and simple enough that kids often enjoy them, too. It’s an effortless way to get everyone excited about adding more produce to their plates.
