Ingredients
- 2 large haddock filets
- 2–3 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
- True Citrus Lime Garlic & Cilantro seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Lightly coat the foil with nonstick spray and set aside.
- Combine the cornmeal and desired amount of Lime Garlic & Cilantro seasoning in a shallow bowl.
- Pat the haddock filets dry with paper towels to help the coating adhere.
- Press both sides of each filet into the cornmeal mixture to coat evenly.
- Bake on the prepared sheet for 20–25 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
