Ingredients

  • 2 large haddock filets
  • 23 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
  • True Citrus Lime Garlic & Cilantro seasoning, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Lightly coat the foil with nonstick spray and set aside.
  3. Combine the cornmeal and desired amount of Lime Garlic & Cilantro seasoning in a shallow bowl.
  4. Pat the haddock filets dry with paper towels to help the coating adhere.
  5. Press both sides of each filet into the cornmeal mixture to coat evenly.
  6. Bake on the prepared sheet for 20–25 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
